Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases, we will offer:
- A replacement
or - A full refund
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

European Union Customers
In accordance with applicable regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.
